We permit order modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this timeframe, we might not be able to accommodate your request as the order may have already been processed. For cancellations made within the 24-hour window, expect a refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

Our products are meticulously packaged to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Damage to packaging, such as dented boxes that do not affect the product's condition, does not qualify as damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt by emailing support@qelara.com with clear evidence of the damage. We will evaluate the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

We strive for prompt delivery but cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen shipping challenges. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. Qelara is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
